The interview process is too lengthy and tiresome. Personality test, behavioral tests, timed English tests, timed situation tests . The 1st interview with an Athena recruiter. I found the interviewer very biased. I think they should reduce the amount of tests they ask before the 1st interview. Too time consuming

One does three tests. A kind of aptitude test that is divided three times by TestGorilla one then does a virtual interview with a recruiter and one is asked different questions and you're given an opportunity to ask questions about the role
