Interview
After having applied for the position I got an invitation to a video interview. There were 12 questions (4-5 case studies questions and the rest were general questions). During the demo practice mode (before the official video interview) question was appeared on the screen and there was a 5 minutes preparation time to prepare the answer, which should be no longer than 1 minute. However, during the real video interview process time frames were completely different. I had 5 seconds to read and understand the question, no preparation time and 30 seconds to record my final answer. Case studies questions cannot be answered in 30 sec with no preparation time! Get yourself serious and change or improve your recruiting process if you want to be considered a serious company. Giving candidates time to think about their responses ensures that you’ll be seeing a polished version of the candidate.
