1. Phone interview with President 2. 2nd interview Director of Operations and Project Manager 3. 3rd interview meet the team. Spoke to a total of 8 people and still didn't get picked. Advice: Let people know after the 2nd interview if they are not selected. Total waste of time and energy. There us no diversity or inclusion

Interview

I first had a call with two people on the phone and then went in-person for a interview lasting a little longer than an hour. I met with them and everyone was very nice and cordial. Unfortunately, I was not extended an offer but the company seems like it would be a very nice place to work. They are located right across from Crabtree Valley Mall.

They do what they called a whiteboard session where you are asked a general OOP problem and asked to write out how the objects and methods would be set up for the problem.

Was called 20 minutes early before the initial interview and had to pull over to take the call. Overall, good experience with the initial interview. They chose not to move forward.
