First interview was over the phone, sometimes hard to understand due to accent of hiring manager. Didn't get second interview for over 2 weeks later. Culture seems good, but the expectations of the leadership role do not match the salary requirements. Vague some ways on what the exact job description were due to the role not defined yet.
