Contacted a recruitment agency then got a face-to-face interview in their office with the design lead and the recruiter. They told me they'd follow up for an eventual second interview, however it took over a month until I heard back from the recruiter, who told me I wouldn't progressed further. The interview was nice but I'd have appreciated a more speedy process, even if I didn't get the job.
