The first step was two interviews of one hour with two different team leaders, the last interview was with the vice president of the engineering department.

The overall interview felt rigid and impersonal. One of the panel maintained a poker face throughout which made it tense, responses giving the impression quickly they weren’t particularly interested. Might better suit those who prefer a very structured, no-frills corporate environment.
