I applied online and the hiring manager directly talked with me by email, 0.5 hour online coffee meet but he said it doesn't count as an interview. Then 3 case studies( a lot of workload) were assigned to me. After that, no reply at all until I asked, but no constructive feedback was given. No HR was involved in the whole process, no meaningful feedback after loaded test, giving me a rude impression from this interview.
