      Graphic Artist Interview

      Jul 19, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Washington, DC
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Atteloir (Washington, DC) in Apr 2014

      Interview

INTERVIEW #1 - As a small business, I was able to sit down with the owner of the company on a one - on -one basis so that he could vet me personally. We briefly talked about my experience, but the main focus was on how he built the company - made it what it is today, and how to handle this particular client/contract. It was all semi-formal. INTERVIEW #2 - Sat down with the primary client and a handful of subordinates. The main focus was two fold: 1) to gauge my understanding of the business 2) if my knowledge matched my resume.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Some of the things that were asked related to the nature of the business, software familiarity, general knowledge of the workplace environment, etc.
