Interview
Round one was on-campus: two 30 mins interviews back to back, one case based, the other all fit. Notified me of second rounds the next day. Put you in the Colonnade Hotel right next to the offices and provide you breakfast the morning of interviews. Consisted of 4 interviews in the morning, 1 case, the other very easy going fit based. Case is given by an associate, and then fit is all with partner/principal level. Then the analysts take you out to lunch and those they like they ask to stay and you meet with Geoff, the co-CEO. offer is given a few hours later
Case interview w vp first round, then another two MD cases and one HR MD for final round and then offers, the cases were guided and not open ended consulting style, felt like real applicable cases
I reached out to panelists after an online forum, and I have 100% success rate in hearing back from all of them, even VP's and MD's. The phone calls were very casual and I genuinely learned a lot about the company, its structures, and about insights into the works of PE

Consulting Case Questions + Behavioral. Two rounds - first round was one case and on behavioral, second was ~4 interviews. Much more akin to a consulting style interview with 'Case in Point' style questions.
