Interview
I applied to AMI over the weekend for a customer service oriented position I saw online, and was called Monday morning. The recruiter on the phone was polite and professional and the conversation was quick. I had my first interview with the company two days after the phone call and I met with the CEO. He was very professional and wasn't too intense, it was nice to feel like I was having more of a conversation with him. After that first meet and greet I was called later that day and was asked to go back in for another interview the next day. The next day I wasn't prepared for all of the information I was given about the job, the position, responsibilities, the company, literally everything. I was pretty overwhelmed with the amount of information, but I was happy the interviewer was so transparent with me. After the longer interview there was another short exit interview and I was offered a position the following day.
The interview was a video interview. It had around 10 basic and fun questions. All the higher level employees, including the CEO asked questions individually in the form of a video. Altogether, the interview was easy and fun!

Interview
I had a lot of fun! The first round interview was this super cool video interview, with some great questions that definitely made me think. The second round interview was a great balance of professional and laid-back. I got to spend an hour with one of the company's top performers while we had coffee. They really got to know me and what I was looking for, and I got a great understanding of the opportunities they offered. The interview process was definitely competitive, and I was thrilled to be offered the position.
