Straight forward standard process. Firstly a one way video interview, answering questions like why do you want to work there etc. Then proceeded to face to face interview where you have a group interview first, and then a one on one interview with your potential manager.

Completed the online assessment which included recorded interview questions. Mostly behavioural questions. Written assessment is based on your selected roles you're applying for. The assessment included writing emails to your supervisor about risks and opportunities.
Interview was professional and questions were as expected, mainly behavioral. Two senior members of the advisory team led the interview, both asking questions about my education, professional experience, and interest in Aurecon. Overall, very smooth and straightforward process with quick response.
