process took very long, and I have never seen so much unprofessional officers in a department. I would highly recommend not applying here if possible. Interview officers seemed very fake and stuck up. many other departments in the area are hiring so please go to them instead.

total 4 rounds of interview: physical, website questions, phone, background check, and face-to-face questions. I have been through all that, but did not pass the final exam during training. It is a quick wash off because I got injured.

Interview
It was a very good structured process, started with a very in-depth personal questionnaire, then went with physical tests, and personality tests, took about 5 hours. The panel interview is the most difficult part, and most likely the most important part. Make sure you are aware of the process, and what is expected of you. It is important to just be honest about everything. Also just be yourself and be confident, it can help you the most.

They were all difficult, it is best to just be yourself and not try and think of answers that they would want to hear. Just do what you really think you would do, and review the department and there policies. Try not to get flustered, and stick to your answer.
