I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Autism Interventions and Resources (Carlsbad, CA) in Jun 2017

Interview
First had a phone interview, then brought me in for a face to face interview. Asked questions about how I would handle certain situations. After I was offered a position there is an extensive training that lasts about a week of powerpoints you need to go through and take a simple exam afterwards. Following that is 3 training sessions with current interventionist while they are working with a client.
