fairly stright forward, interviewed with CEO & regional directors. friendly staff & gives you tools you need. Overall easy scheduling & approach. CEO travels a lot for work & cross functional teams are somewhat isolated
I applied online. I interviewed at Auto Export Corporation (Munich, Bavaria)
Interview
-Dreadful overall interview experience.
-Team was not prepared for the interview, looked like they did not expected me. CV was just on the table for the show.
-They served me warm bottled water which I would expect in India but not in Germany.
-Leaving the boarding room and laughing loud on the corridor. Hoping that the applicant will not hear it. Inside the boarding room they are off course ´´serious´´.
-Bad knowledge about car engines. During the interview they say that the 4 cylinder Porsche Boxster has no turbo but due to the boxer engine construction they can produce so much power, which is off course nonsense. This person needs certainly to go back to school.
-The toilets were unclean, toilet paper was on the ground having a brown color.
- People are handing out business cards during a job interview. I understand this because after such an introduction you can´t take them serious.
-Recruiter looked like a mummy during the interview process. You would expect that this person should have the most people skills, as she is the face in the hiring process.
+ They are giving you a nice brochure to read about their latest cars so that they have some minutes to prepare for the job interview.
