Auto Glass Shop interview questions

After applying online this company sends an email asking you to confirm a specific time to come in for an interview between a certain time frame. Replying to the email, you will not receive any confirmation of the time requested. Going into the interview - it is a group interview. You will not be seen at the requested time. I have to wait over an hour to be seen. The interview itself was not an interview. It was all all 10 minutes long just to have them say you seem like a good fit, the pay is all commission based and you may be required to try to sell auto glass repairs out of a library or some other random place only to be paid per person you sign up.
