First there was a shortlisting than there was a written test Than there was an interview.. the whole process were of one day only although they were mainly concern for male candidates

You interview by recording video bites. It seemed very impersonal. The questions were straight forward and easy to answer. You do have a time limit in which to answer and you do get to practice some. However the practice questions were very different from the actual questions.
