I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Avient
Interview
Met at an on campus career fair, and interviewed the next day. Interview was all situational questions about motivation and competitive nature. If you moved on from the interview, they asked to fill out an online assessment. If you passed the assessment, you were invited to a second interview at the headquarters in Cleveland.
