I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Awin (Berlin (Germany)) in January 2018.
Interview
I had two stages of the interview (both face to face in their HQ in Berlin).
The first step was an interview with Junior Talent Acquisition Partner and IT Support Manager. They were asking some general questions and telling me about the company and the position.
The second interview was more technical, there was a case to solve and it was made to check your skills like effective time planning and work under pressure. It wasn't too hard but very important to do it properly and accurately.
The company looks really good and the people too so I had a positive experience!
However, the process took about 5 weeks in total so quite long.

Interview
3 stages - telephone interview, face-to-face interview, final stage interview with presentation.
Telephone interview
Performed by HR, filtering out unsuitable candidates. Know the company, understand their products and what they do, common terminologies, competitors and so on. Standard questions include stengths/weaknesses, what will you bring to the company, what do we do, etc.
Face-to-face interview
With existing TSE & a global account manager. More detailed questiong about the company and history, products and competitors, terminologies, what you think the role involves. Also a check to see how well you would fit in the company, so just be yourself. Do your homework!!!
Final stage & presentation
Presentation topic given to you, do your research, make it slick and practice, practice, practice. With the two interviewers from the previous face-to-face.
More questions about the company and the role, though more technical. Assessing your knowledge of the theory, practices and technology behind affiliate marketing and what Zanox themselves use. Short practical assessment at the end.
