      Enterprise Account Executive Interview

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Axiom Law

      Interview

If you are a professional interviewer then this is the place for you. Interview was scheduled for 45 minutes. At the beginning I was assured I would have plenty of time to ask a bunch of questions to make sure this was a good fit for me as well. This did not happen. It was non-stop situational based questions....tell me about a time here, tell me about a situation there, etc. No drilling into my actual relevant experience and how I could benefit them etc. and skill set etc. Finally after 40 minutes of this mess, I was able to ask like two questions, then they had to go to the next one. In the end, I am glad it didn't work out. You basically only get the junk accounts that they have worked for years with no traction and left to starve. If you are motivated, hungry, and don't want to be limited, avoid this place. It was so scripted. The person hiring for the role did nothing more than read off a screen and try to type while I was talking. Then they would get behind and there was an awkward silence of a couple of minutes each time until they could get caught up.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Axiom Law (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2026

      Interview

I recently interviewed for an Enterprise Account Executive role with Axiom and had a very positive experience throughout the interview process. The conversations were thoughtful, detailed, and highly aligned with how I approach consultative, enterprise level sales. I received strong, real time feedback from a VP Sales Leader during the interview and left the conversation with a clear understanding of next steps. However, the experience shifted significantly at the conclusion of the process. After being told what the next interview steps were, I received a generic rejection message from the recruiter with no personalized feedback. I followed up professionally more than once to seek insight on where I could improve or where I was lacking, but did not receive any response. At the enterprise level, candidates invest meaningful time preparing for and participating in these processes. Providing clear, timely, and constructive feedback, especially after later stage interviews, should be a standard expectation that I was very surprised to not get.
