First of all , they took a aptitude test and then after 1 hour they shortlisted around 20 students from 100 students . Then they took the Interview on Programming questions, C++, DBMS and Puzzles also.

at first Aptitude test and english comprehension test then two interviews where guesstimates and puzzles were asked elaborately, mainly the recruiters look at the approach for solving the questions, loud thinking would be a good idea
