2 stage - 1st stage conversational, 2nd competency. Very friendly people who seemed to have strong knowledge of the industry and the Dublin market. Office were very pleasant and seemed to have a positive culture. Enjoyed meeting them.
The interview was formal but relaxed. Discussion revolved around expectations and vision for role. Any questions I had were answered thoughtfully. A tour was given of the facility. Overall a positive experience.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Azon (London, England) in Jul 2010
