Remote interview. Overall went fine and questions were relatively softballish.
The real problem is the application process and how the company is not asking but requiring you to provide your PAST SALARY on ALL the jobs you put in for your work history, which depending on the state is ILLEGAL! They do this so they can filter out people based on how cheap they can do it vs the quality and send you a lowball offer. You will not get far here with any sort of raises based on the reviews either.

Laid back, but not too relaxed. I interviewed with three vice presidents over three different departments. Each one had questions that pertained to their particular objectives in their department. After being asked a few questions, I was given an explanation of what the company did. Then I was given a chance to ask questions as well.
