I applied online and was sent a 3 online tests. (the standard tests). A few weeks later i was sent a video interview link. Approximately a 25 minute video interview with 6 competency based questions. Fairly easy process
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Leeds, England)
Interview
There is a three stage process which involves initial Curriculum Vitae screening, then a 1st stage interview if shortlisted, then a Final stage interview. Offer then references and background checks. Official Secrets Act has to signed.
