Interview process involved an assessment day which started off with aptitude and technical multiple choice tests followed by a group project, during which individuals where taken out for interviews, final presentation at the end of the day.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems (London, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
Create an account on their website and apply directly on their portal for the job. I had to wait 4 weeks before being contacted via email to say that I needed to complete an interview via a program known as HireView. This is where you record yourself with a camera and must answer questions the computer asks you and then you send it off. I found this method to be very rude and turned the whole interview into a one-sided conversation as I could not ask questions but could only answer theirs. Some of the questions I was asked by the program where not relevant to the job! I didn't feel like a person but rather a number! After 2 weeks I received another email stating that I was not successful. Based upon what? My ability to talk to a webcam without any human interaction? Again I found this method of interviewing to be lazy and unprofessional.

Question 1
Name a time where you were told to do something but you didn't have the skill or knowledge to do it.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Manchester, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Had multiple phone interviews and then was told promptly that I had been invited to the Assessment Day. There were 3 parts, inital exam on java and aptitude, then group project and individal interviews throughout the day. The day also included presentations by BAE on themselves and the job in more details. Altogether it was an enjoyable experience.
