It was a very friendly interviewer and the questions were competancy based and included my motivations for applying, what I knew about the role and the programme and what I knew about the company itself.

Good process kept up to date regularly and encouraged to contact if any questions. Intial screening call with a recruiter and then eventually invited down to interview in person. Nice friendly environment and felt welcome. UNforntuantely did not make the cut

About an hour long, strength based. They were looking for examples of times you had shown skills/traits. The day didn't include anything else and the process was pretty quick. Quite a relaxed interview.
