I saw the flyer at the university bulletin board, and then applied through its website.
I received an email from HR staff after 3days, and set the date for phone interview.
She asked basic questions on the phone both in English and Japanese.
The process begins with pymetrics games,then an online interview follows and finally an interview with the panel. Overall it was a positive experience,with very welcoming interviewers.Its somewhere you'd want to work.
The interview is quite chill and friendly for a first timer like me. It was pretty smooth I would say, even though I'm quite nervous. The interviewer not giving much pressure also, quite ok even though some question quite challenging also

Interview
I had a very positive experience. There were two people interviewing me and they were both very friendly and welcoming. The interview was 45 minutes long and it was a relaxed environment.
