I applied through the company's website. After passing the first screening of CVs, I received an email with a link in order to complete two cognitive tests, one verbal and one numerical. After waiting for almost one month for the results, I received an email saying that my application won't move any further.
I had the culture questionnaire and failed. It was about the company's culture and how the applicant fits in it. Not sure of which were the right answers. I received the answer immediately.
