Interview
First step was verbal reasoning and after you qualify you get a link for verbal reasoning. After that it is skype interviews. During the online interview first comes motivational questions followed by questions about the company and then at last business case questions. Then they call you after a day or so to discuss about your results

Interview
First interview on phone and second time interview was onsite. The second phase interview was 15mins long, taking turn with other 2 candidates. The interviewer were friendly and very nice! I enjoyed interview.
