Dodgy internal recruiting team. They had a detailed phone interview with me, got dates for scheduling interview with the manager. Asked for salary expectation and current salary. Once I mentioned current the recruiter started bargaining and was beating around the bush and quoted lesser salary for the role. Initially they wanted a face to face, also cleared the two online cognitive assessments they had. No email or phone response after that. Got back 2 weeks post organised dates with a email stating the role is actually set for a much lower salary range. Like really?!!?! I did not wish to proceed after so much to the next stage for a cheap offer! Total time wasters!!!! Recruiting team for Australia is from Malaysian office. Also, the role states as a Business Analyst’s, whereas the responsibilities are totally related to Data Analytics based. Never going to apply ever again to this company.
