Interview
First interview, which standard give examples of question.
Second interview given a task before hand, which was completed on own personal time, then presented at second interview followed by some questions.
Time taken off work for both interviews, no response heard at all. Very unprofessional and unheard of. Recruitment agent was shocked.

Applied on the British American Tobacco website. Two weeks later received an email with an Online interview. Interviewer was friendly and welcoming, one week later I received feedback on interview

they are asking if I am interested in this filed and how well how much I know about this company. how much I spend time looking at this company.
since I applied for a job that is ggp, they expect I know little about finance. so they are not asking hard core questions about finance. just basic stuff.
