Em 03 meses participando ativamente de diversos processos, posso afirmar que o da Souza Cruz foi o mais respeitoso e cuidadoso que participei. O time de recrutamento fica na Costa Rica mas a minha recrutadora, Laura Angulo, fala português perfeitamente. Seguem as etapas:
1) Inscrição na vaga- apesar de está em "easy apply" no Linkedin (mandei meu cv em português), tb fui no site de Carreiras da BAT e me inscrevi por lá, mandando meu CV em inglês e uma cover letter personalizada;
2) Assessments: realizei dois testes de raciocínio lógico-matemático;
3) Entrevista Virtual: uma entrevista através da plataforma sonru, com 5 perguntas em 5 minutos de resposta. Perguntas de perfil (pq se candidatou, pq a empresa, overview das experiências) - 2 em Inglês;
4) Entrevista com as Managers: entrevista bem técnica, abordando desafios da posição;
5) Entrevista com a Executiva: uma entrevista de validação, que fi mais focada no perfil/competências.

Como foram três entrevistas, as perguntas foram desde questões para explorar o perfil, as competências, os resultados, até questões mais técnicas sobre os desafios da posição e da área em si.

The interview process, was 4 meetings, including the external recruiter- then the hiring manager, 2 members of the team, and then the senior of the team. Not bad overall. 2 of the meetings were on site.

Interview and excel test. You will have to take medical check up as well. Interview stages could be 3-4 stages depending on the positions you apply. Overall the experience was nice and professional
