2nd interview: Interview with the Function’s manager and there was an assessment centre where you have to read a brief and try to come up with a business plan

I applied online. Get the HR screening invitation less than a week.

Basically, it is mostly about the behavior question and CV.
Btw HR is very professional and friendly!
First was interview with the hr than phone call interview than interview with manager and then assessment center, after that interview with Hof. Assesors were great, kind and the atmosphere was great
