      Scrum Master Interview

      Nov 17, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Sydney
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at BAT (Sydney) in Jan 2019

      Interview

A friendly and interesting interview. The company was looking to implement Scrum and showed that they understood how Agile wow could benefit the company. The questions were high level and didn't go into depth about Agile/Scrum but the company was more interested in how I would go about transitionining from traditional wow to Agile wow
