This was a 1 day process,started with the objective IQ test based on Mathematics and Logical question,some question where from Technical like C,C++,and RDBMS.After clearing first round,we had a group interview consisting of Group discussion,third and final round was 1:1 interview that consists mainly of technical question of my interest,it lasted for almost 30 mins;after that salary offer and date of joining was finalized. People appearing for interview should be prepared on their technical knowledge,atleast in 1 area they should have sound knowledge,should practise objective mathematics and logical question,overall its an easy process,just you should be confident and be positive in your attitude.

Basically Focusing on fundamentals and basics while interviewing any frehsers. So be prepare for whatever you have learnt. One suggestion if you dont know about the skill, dont ever mention that.For experienced people , be confident about your work. Good Luck.
