I worked at BAeHAL full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Usually nothing pros present here. Only cons. Take 1 or 2 years experience and get lost. You are not safe here.

    Cons

    1) Badmaas management
    2) Nobody comes to help you if you are in trouble.
    3) pickle like salary and salt for taste increment
    4) You are completely out of safe.
    5) You need to take permission from leads, managers just to go out of campus.
    6) Food is veg but mixed with insects and you need to pay heavy for it.
    7) Only leads and managers have internet access where they never use it whereas team members really in need of it but no access.
    8) Team members are treated like donkeys.
    9) Your career is completely dead if you go onsite. Onsite is not abroad, its local only.
    10) Dont even think of weekends and leaves.
    11) Manager notices you when you leav but never check when you come. That means its like working 24/7.
    12) You will get very old gemeration PCs.

Thats all. Depends on you to join. In simple, its more than a hell

    Advice to Management

People don't know what is management.
Remove all those buddas and select only those people who understand team member's problem
