    Pros

Good for getting Domain Knowledge...... Nothing else u can learn. Get big name (looks like) in your resume.

    Cons

Worst Vertical Heads so called VSM. They are of no use. No proper training to new joiners, they will die struggling but managers will not care for it. They believe in delegating work. Stuck with old thinking and never think of new ideas or technologies for the employees to grow.

    Advice to Management

Get some actual techie heads for the dept so called VSM and throw out the coordinators (who call themselves as VSM). Discard all bad , lengthy, of no use processes and paper works.
