Interview
Three-round interview. They are all very nice. It takes around two hours. It will be a break between each round. Some people may be in other offices, so it may be run online.
Questions about my background and motivations. Asked me what I know about the BBC, its history etc... Allowed me to ask a lot of questions back. The panel was 2 people and the interview was 25m long.
Online assessment, totally 4 questions, 2 for written, 2 for oral. More about your ability, not too much about professional knowledge. And give you unlimited time to prepare, so just take you time

Something about the team work to show that you are kind of effective team player
Application, online call, followed by further interview. Interviewer was very pleasant. I would recommend applying if you are interested in the BBC. I will try again next year as it was a very positive experience.
