Online skills test that lasted two and a half hours. Followed by panel interview with three individuals two weeks later. Received final update three weeks after the interview. The process is quite time consuming.

The interview process at BC Housing was straightforward and well organized. The questions were clear and focused on understanding my background and alignment with the organization’s values. They also asked a few definition based questions related to social values, Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
