Interview
The interview process was drawn out and involved multiple interviews with various team members, culminating in a final interview with the entire LR team. The questions were thorough and everyone in the team is obviously bright and engaged in their work.

There were repeated questions about why I had chosen to work in LR, especially as I have worked in multiple industries over the years. There was also a significant focus on how I would deal with the union, who in this industry is known to be aggressive.
