Multi step process with a phone screen with HR, job shadow, and video interview with the manager team. The job shadow lasted about an hour and included listening to calls.

Easy interview process but a lot of steps. Recruiter call, then some test, shadow session and manager interview. All took place within a few days and everyone was great and explaining the role from their current role.
