I met with the department manager and another employee (not sure their role.) at their office. It was a typical interview discussing my insurance experience.
I was asked to take a personality test to see if I was a good fit.

Interview
It was easy. Recruiter called for a screening then went to interview and it was very conversational. They spent more then an hour with me at the end of a work day and this made me feel very respected.
