long and vague on flexibility which is important to me . Other companies in NYC are fully or partially remote and it seems they want full time in office but the compensation is lower than other places that let you not have to commute

I met with the department manager and another employee (not sure their role.) at their office. It was a typical interview discussing my insurance experience. I was asked to take a personality test to see if I was a good fit.
