I go to school out of state so the interview was a phone call. I landed the interview after meeting with a recruiter at a job fair, they are very nice and helpful. Then on the phone I spoke with three people in the marketing department who each asked me a few questions. The process lasted about a half hour. Very easy to talk to and interested in your problem solving ability and interest in the position.

Interview
Start by interviewing with a third party with basic questions to ensure you are able to work in the US and at BMO. Then followed up with a more in-depth interview from the department where you have applied, and I received an offer about a week later.
