I read a lot of reviews where people were saying that Babbel are not really interested in hiring and only pretending. This is truth. I know at least 4 people who is a great developers and were rejected without any reason. And people inside company told me that they didn't see any new people for a long time. So everyone not fit requirement? I don't think so. Don't spend your time. On other hand, interviewing process was pleasant and interesting.

First call was with the Recruiter who assessed general fit and also gave a good overview of the business and explained the next steps. The process was quick and smooth, there was a number of teams present which gave myself a good flavour of the positions across the business.
