Initial phone interview, followed by a group interview with a proposed plan (free consulting?), followed by another interview with an executive from Park City. There was a lot of work requested by them with minimal feedback, even when it was requested. The initial point of contact would say "Let me know if you have any questions," I'd hit him up with multiple questions, and the response would be something along the lines of "This is why you're being evaluated" and not a single answer was provided in return.
It was obvious there was a very specific skill set and background they were looking for even though, when asked, they had a hard time articulating what it was other than "We'll know it when we see it." The executive from Park City was impressive and you could tell was a tenured leader and not just a manager.
