Backcountry interview questions

Lengthy and poorly managed interview process for a Director level role. After an initial interview and completing both an AI assessment and a detailed retail store analysis, communication went dark for weeks at a time with no proactive updates. Ultimately received a boilerplate rejection email with no opportunity to discuss the work submitted. For a senior role requiring significant candidate investment, the lack of communication and follow through was disappointing. Do your due diligence before investing significant time in their process. As of this writing, the job has been reposted multiple times.
