The interview started in Portuguese with the talent analyst aligning on the meeting objectives and the role. After some initial questions in Portuguese, we switched to English. He explained what they're looking for in the position and we discussed the hiring model. Then he asked about my current and previous experiences. I also had the chance to ask questions about the company's current moment, how they've been using AI in their processes and with clients, and what their main service sales model looks like today.

The interview was scheduled on Zoom. It was a good experience. The interviewer was very nice and kept the tone light and engaging, like a conversation, which put me at ease. They also responded to all my questions well.

The interview with Gabriela was very enjoyable and relaxed. She made me feel at ease and didn't ask any awkward questions. She was friendly throughout. I am not clear or sure on what is being requested here. I have been asked about where I live, my current job, role, benefits, salary expectations, whether I am willing to travel for work, passport and visa status, among other things.
