Interview
First I did an HR interview, after that a technical interview with specific technical questions and a live code testing. After that, I received an economical proposal and were informed that I will need to meet the client before start working.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
