Interview
The hiring process starts with a set of personal and technical tests. In my case, I have been evaluated for skills in Javascript, HTML, ReactJS, Node, CSS and C# (one 30 minutes-test per topic). By other side, I had to take exams for maths, logics, english and leading skills. They were not easy to achieve, but I've became experience in punctual aspects of some of those topics.
They called me back two months later to a technical interview. And 6 months later I've become a job offer. A little late, because I've acquired another job.

Question 1
What is the difference between Overloading and Overriding?
The interview was conducted in English, and the conversation lasted 30 minutes. The interviewer had to meet this time strictly, so they might need to go faster through the questions.
Questions included experience with technologies, case-scenarios and some behavioral questions.

Te agendan una videollamada, agregan a un asistente de ia para supuestamente hacer un resume de la entrevista.las preguntas que te realizan no son relevantes con el puesto, parecen mas de índole personal, como si buscarán informacion especifica. La verdad preferí terminar la llamada.

Interview
Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
