En primera instancia realizan un contacto vía email, luego buscan un horario favorable para el empleado para tener la entrevista, la entrevista está bien enfocada, preguntas teóricas y prácticas, ponen a prueba tus conocimientos y experiencia previa, el entrevistador tienen una actitud, es paciente y comprensible si existe algún tipo de imprevisto.

After taking some online tests in their platform, I was invited to a 121 interview with HR where we talked about my background and skills. During the interview they presented me with some logical and situational questions I had to answer immediately (it's was a nice touch). Then they presented the hiring model and talked about the company. I was given time to ask any questions I wanted about the process and/or the company.
