I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BairesDev in Oct 2023
Interview
I applied to BairesDev a few years ago. Once in a while, I noticed the recruiter "Hiring Journey Specialist", needed to update your profile, even though there is no client interested in you. This last month one of them reached me, I'm currently happy with my position, so I declined. Also, I was not interested in completing more than 10 assessment tests and a few client interviews. The recruiter kept pushing it, saying that it was for an internal position, the recruiter pinged me around 4 times a week to complete four more tests that were needed for that position. After finally completing them, I got no answer for more than one week, and after that, the position was closed. So I'm wondering, was it a strategy to only complete those tests and complete the goal of updated profiles?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
From "Practical Test" (how this can be relevant for any assessment): - How a random phrase in a language that I've never spoken is translated - Where is located an x coordinate - Which one of the options are or were BairesDev client - A translation from basco
The interview was conducted in English, and the conversation lasted 30 minutes. The interviewer had to meet this time strictly, so they might need to go faster through the questions.
Questions included experience with technologies, case-scenarios and some behavioral questions.

Interview

Interview
Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
